The hotel location is amazing, very close to the center of the city and my work place. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Clean hotel and friendly service. the rooms were spotless and the staff couldn't be friendlier. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the shopping areas and easy access to public transportation. the pool area was well-maintained and the fitness room was adequate for a quick workout.
Noise levels were high. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep because of the noise coming from the hallway.

Hotel offered a buffet breakfast with a good variety of foods to start the day and complimentary bottled water. Hotel location in the business district made it easy to visit embassies and high-end restaurants. The hotel staff was very respectful and professional.
I had a poor experience at the hotel during New Year's Eve. The hotel did not offer any special activities or entertainment to ring in the new year. The Wi-Fi connection was poor in my room and the gym was pretty basic.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, close to Gambir station and Thamrin city center, making it easy to get around. My room had a decent sunrise view, and staff were friendly and obliging. the hotel facilities, such as the gym, left a lot to be desired.
While the hotel offered a convenient location and pleasant staff, the gym and other amenities were lacking.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring and getting around. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and provide excellent service. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. They even offered welcome drinks upon arrival. The on-site facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa & wellness center, provided a great opportunity for relaxation. a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend to families.
The only downside, if any, would be the lack of a channel list for movies. But other than that, everything was perfect.
